Which version do I need?

Any 1.8.x client. Connect to smok.gg.

How do I create my website account?

It starts in game with /register [email protected]. You get an email with a link to choose a password. Full steps are on create account.

The registration email never arrived

The link expires after 5 minutes. Check your spam folder and, if it is not there, run /register again to generate a new one.

I got punished, what now?

You can appeal through a ticket on support. Explain what happened; if the punishment was a mistake it gets reverted.

I bought a rank and do not have it

Ranks apply when you rejoin the server. If it is still missing after reconnecting, open a ticket with your receipt.

How do I report a player?

Use /report in game, or open a ticket if you have video evidence. Reports in public chat are not handled.

How do I join the staff team?

Smok opens applications from time to time and announces them in the news and on Discord. Requests by direct message are not accepted.
